One of the most frequent problems Fliteboard owners encounter is a tear in the battery compartment gasket. This happens when the battery catches underneath the gasket edge during insertion. Many riders don't notice the tear until it's already developed, and repeated use cycles can cause the glue or gasket itself to fail completely.
How It Works: This upgraded hook features two protective ears that shield the gasket edge from battery contact. Installation is simple – remove your factory hook and replace it with the eared hook.
