ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EFOILSOLUTIONS FLITEBOARD / SABFOIL ADAPTER
- Optional: If using M8 bolts to connect to the Sabfoil wing (not provided), remove M6 to M8 threaded inserts.
- Connect the adapter to the Fliteboard Efoil with the back two M6 x 20mm bolts provided.
- Connect the Sabfoil wing to the Adapter using the provided bolt set. Bolts for this connection are longer than the standard Sabfoil bolt set. The back bolt should not protrude above the adapter metal plate. The middle bolt extends from the wing, through the adapter and to the Fliteboard front threaded M6 hole.
- Shimming: Add -1, -2, or both (-3) to decrease the nose-up pressure (to point the board nose down). Use the “+” shims to increase nose pressure. NOTE THAT SHIMMING MAY REQUIRE LONGER BOLT(S).
