Fliteboard recommends using an Air Pressure Kit to test motor seal integrity after oil changes — a simple step that can catch leaks early and protect your drive unit. We also offer an End Cap Removal Tool and a FREE Oil Seal Punch Tool, purpose-built to make the job clean and damage-free. All are available as separate kit options above. Watch the how-to video.

Why Service Matters
Salt water, sand, and repeated thermal cycling take a toll on motor seals over time. Regular oil changes with fresh seals protect your motor bearings, extend drive unit life, and maintain the smooth and trouble-free performance Fliteboard is known for. This kit takes the guesswork out of sourcing the right parts — every seal and fastener is spec'd to fit.
Fliteboard Recommended Service Interval: Every 100 hours or 12 months — whichever comes first.
Compatible with Fliteboard Propeller eFoil drive units. Always refer to your Fliteboard service manual for oil change intervals and torque specifications.
